1. Lesson Scheduling & Approval

All lessons are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Scheduling requests are subject to instructor approval based on availability.

Instructors have final approval on lesson times and may decline or reschedule requests.

Travel time and distance are prioritized in scheduling. Please be flexible with instructors regarding timing and location; they will aim to get you as close as possible.

2. Recurring Lessons Scheduling

It is the client’s responsibility to schedule recurring lessons ahead of time.

If you do not reserve your spot within this window, your slot will be forfeited and may be offered to other clients. Standing clients do not have guaranteed permanent slots without timely scheduling.

*You MUST put in all 10 lessons on the days and times at time of purchase to ensure the days and times you want.

The 10-pack lesson package expires 90 days after purchase, so please plan accordingly. We highly recommend booking all your appointments at once to secure your preferred schedule and avoid losing unused lessons.

3. Private & Group Lessons at the Same Address

Private 1-instructor group lessons require a minimum of 2 back-to-back lessons at the same address.

Instructors must be at the location for a minimum of 45 minutes.

30-minute lessons are only available if scheduled back-to-back (minimum of 2 lessons) at the same address.

A 2-person minimum is required for group lessons.

30-minute or 60-minute lessons are only offered if all lessons are at the same address.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We require a minimum 72-hour notice for cancellations.

No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the lesson.

This policy helps us maintain a reliable schedule for all clients and instructors.

5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service

We reserve the right to cancel or deny service to any client at our discretion.

This may be due to safety concerns, disrespectful behavior, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the company.
