Drowning Prevention is why I have a swim school, it is the driving force that gets me out of bed each day.  I know that teaching a child to swim confidently gives them the best chance possible if faced with an emergency situation in any body of water. As a swimming professional I also know the sad statistics surrounding drownings.  It is my hope that we start the conversation TODAY about what steps we can take as parents and child care professionals to help prevent another tragic loss.

The W.A.T.E.R. Ambassador Program is a 2.5 hour immersive water awareness course designed for parents, caretakers, and families who want hands-on training in water safety, basic rescue techniques, CPR awareness, and drowning prevention around the pool.

As a W.A.T.E.R. Ambassador, you will receive:

• An in-home assessment of the inherent dangers surrounding your own pool

• Personalized in-water training on basic water rescue techniques (yes, you will be getting wet)

• Hands-on training using essential rescue equipment

• Practice scenarios and interactive exercises designed to strengthen water awareness and emergency response skills

• CPR training using BVM equipment

• One Adult/Child and Infant CPR Mask

• One First Aid Kit
