Policies & Important Information

Welcome to FINtastic Swim School! Before beginning lessons, all families are required to complete our Registration Form and review our policies below. These policies help ensure a smooth scheduling experience for all families and instructors.

- A one-time, non-refundable annual registration fee of $55 applies.
- A $35 late fee will be added to payments received more than 7 days after a package start date.
- All lessons and packages must be booked through our online scheduling system. Each family is required to create an account.
- A 10-lesson commitment is required for all new students.
- Payment is due at registration to reserve your lesson schedule.
- Lesson packages expire 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Every swimmer learns at their own pace. While we are committed to helping each student succeed, we cannot guarantee how long it will take to achieve specific swimming goals.
- We require 72 hours' notice for all cancellations and scheduling changes through our scheduling system.
- Lessons canceled with less than 72 hours' notice will be forfeited.
- Instructors cannot process payments, schedule lessons, or make scheduling changes.
- Intensive lessons are designed as consecutive sessions to maximize progress.
- Missed intensive lessons are not eligible for makeups, credits, or refunds.
- Group lessons are reserved and paid for as a full group session.
- Because the class proceeds as scheduled regardless of attendance, missed group lessons are not eligible for makeups, credits, or refunds.
- A $35 late fee applies to payments received more than 7 days after a package start date.
- For the best learning experience, pools should be heated between 88°F and 92°F.
